This role sits at the intersection of backend systems, client integrations, and platform reliability, with a strong emphasis on real-time connectivity.
This role offers a flexible hybrid or remote work model. Target compensation is $140,000–$200,000 plus bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, paid time off, flexible working arrangements, and a discretionary performance-based bonus.

- Support and troubleshoot FIX sessions, message flows, and connectivity issues
- Integrate additional services using REST or gRPC APIs where applicable
- Investigate logs and system behavior to diagnose integration and connectivity issues

- 2+ years in a technical role such as integration, solutions engineering, DevOps, or SDET
- Scripting experience in Python or PowerShell; exposure to C# or Java is a plus
- Comfort querying SQL databases across multiple tables
- Experience supporting client-facing systems in time-sensitive or regulated environments
Why This Role Is Interesting
- High ownership role with direct client and market impact
- Daily exposure to real-time, mission-critical systems
- Balanced mix of technical depth, protocol-level work, and client interaction
