Born in Binghamton, NY, Lou graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Brockport and, shortly after, moved to NYC.  When he's not matching candidates with their dream jobs or enjoying the Metro NY restaurant scene, he's exploring the city with his fiancé and their two West Highland Terriers. 

Zak Brocchini led the top-performing tech division of a global staffing firm for 10 years before starting 2Bridge Partners in 2015. Zak uses his expertise to help start-ups and Fortune 50 clients scale and grow their engineering teams. He isn't just about numbers and algorithms; his secret sauce lies in his passion for people and attention to detail. Candidates, clients, and teammates can't get enough of his razor-sharp wit and enthusiasm for helping people! Zak graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Oswego. Gloria Castro completed a degree in Law in 2013. For the past 6 years she’s focused on recruitment, where she quickly earned a reputation for finding and engaging exceptional talent. Out of the office, she indulges in her love for various cuisines as a passionate foodie.  She’ll put her Lemon Pie up against anyone in the Southeast! 

Libby Didencu has degrees in both Systems Engineering and Human Resources and Management.  She started her career in sales and has spent the past several years working as a Technical Recruiter where she has gained a reputation for finding great people and helping to match them to the right jobs.  Libby’s passion lies in building meaningful relationships with the people that she works with.  Outside of work she can be found at the beach 

Abraham Peña started his career in hospitality and has spent the better part of 2 years as a Technical Recruiter finding Software, DevOps, and Info Sec talent across the US. He’s skilled at ensuring a smooth process for his candidates and has a knack for connecting them with the right positions. Abe is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently. In his spare time, Abe loves to travel with his wife.  He is also a guitarist; his favorite song to play is CCR’s "Have You Ever Seen the Rain."
