Technical Product Manager – Developer Experience
2Bridge has been exclusively engaged in the search for a Principal Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of a world-class developer experience.
Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be tailored to experience. Candidates can generally expect total compensation in the range of CHF 150,000–180,000, although there may be flexibility for an exceptional candidate. A discretionary performance-based bonus is also offered.

Work Model: Hybrid | Zurich, Switzerland, two days per week in the Zurich office.
The Opportunity: Exceptional developer experiences are built by Technical Product Managers who understand both software engineers` needs and the business priorities driving the platform. Our client is investing in the next generation of its developer ecosystem and is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define the product strategy for APIs, SDKs, platform services and developer tooling that enable engineering teams to build sophisticated distributed software faster, more reliably and with less friction. Working closely with Engineering and Architecture, you`ll shape products that simplify integration, improve developer productivity, and influence the technical direction of a world-class platform. This is an opportunity to build products for developers while owning meaningful, highly visible platform initiatives.
What You`ll Do:
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for developer platform capabilities.
· Own products spanning APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, platform services and integration capabilities.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture and Developer Experience teams.
· Gather developer feedback and translate insights into product priorities.
- Balance customer value, engineering complexity and long-term platform strategy.
· Drive product delivery from concept through launch.
- Improve API usability, SDK adoption, onboarding experiences and technical documentation.
· Define success metrics around adoption, developer satisfaction and engineering efficiency.
- Champion the developer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
What We`re Looking For: We`re looking for a Technical Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate has experience building products for developers and can earn credibility with highly technical teams while balancing customer needs, engineering priorities and long-term product strategy.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly technical software products.
· Earlier experience in software engineering or another deeply technical role.
- Experience owning APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, developer tooling or other developer-facing products.
· Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, integration patterns, distributed systems or enterprise software.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture organizations.
· Excellent communication, prioritization and product execution skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Zurich.
· Experience with blockchain or distributed ledger technology is advantageous but not required.
