Compensation, Benefits & Work Model
Compensation: USD $185,000–$225,000 | CHF 150,000–180,000

Opportunity
Our client is building next-generation digital asset and distributed ledger infrastructure for institutional financial markets. This role sits at the center of developer experience, blockchain application development, and product strategy.
You will work directly with developers, ecosystem participants, engineering, architecture, and product leadership to improve SDK capabilities, developer tooling, APIs, and platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements to developer experience across the platform ecosystem.
- Gather requirements from developers, integrators, and ecosystem participants.
- Own roadmap, backlog management, prioritization, and release planning.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define solutions.
- Develop documentation, implementation guidance, and developer enablement materials.
- Evaluate competing developer ecosystems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Product Management or related leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in blockchain application development.
- Hands-on software development experience.
