Are you an experienced leader passionate about cutting-edge technology and global financial markets? As an Engineering Manager responsible for Reporting and UI you`ll:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic team of engineers to create pivotal business technology, amplifying both reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Encourage teamwork across the organization, turning visionary ideas into tangible, productive roadmaps, stretching the boundaries of our platform.
  • Be a key voice in significant architectural decision-making and structural enhancements.

Your Toolbox Should Include:

  • 8+ years in software development/engineering, including 2+ years managing medium-sized engineering teams.
  • Solid footing in Python with a minimum of 2-years experience as a tech lead or engineering manager
  • Proven track record in architecting and building critical financial/regulatory/customer reporting systems.
  • Experience designing tight SLO (>0.99) workflows on scheduling systems at scale (e.g., AirFlow).
  • Practical experience building alerting, observability, and monitoring into production systems, leveraging tools like Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
