2Bridge has been engaged in the search for a Technical Product Manager with a Background in Crypto Trading. The selected individual will spearhead the management and coordination of pivotal technology projects, pushing their services to new heights.

Role Detail

• Location Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position. Presence at the office is welcome but not required. There is a strong preference for someone living and authorized to work in the EU or UK
• Independent Management: You will track and maintain progress across diverse projects, identifying needs and facilitating smooth advancement without continuous oversight.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Engage with internal and external tech teams to deliver a top-quality Crypto exchange platform while handling documentation and overseeing bug prioritization for swift resolutions.
• Project Coordination: Keep a detailed record of project statuses and decisions. Update roadmaps and engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity and timely task execution.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders, documenting progress and challenges. Collaborate across functions to enhance user experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or robust project management experience.
• SDLC Methodologies: Familiarity with various software development lifecycle approaches.
• Trading Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading platforms is preferred.
• Market Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding key crypto market components such as liquidity, custody, settlement, and compliance.
• Certifications: Credentials like CSM, CSPO, and PSM are advantageous.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Organizational Skills: Highly refined organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Independence in Work: Strong ability to deliver consistently high-quality results under minimal supervision.
