2bridge has been engaged in the search for a full-time, direct-hire Product Manager to work across a range of core products, including lead capture & conversion, customer experience, analytics, etc.

Our client offers a comprehensive package with a competitive salary, a collaborative environment, and complete medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits. This is a hybrid position; our client sits in the Detroit metro area.

Target compensation is 120k-125K salary, plus a performance-based bonus of ~10%

Our client is hiring a mid-level product strategist to help evolve and deliver digital solutions within a high-impact, fast-paced industry. This is an opportunity for someone with hands-on product experience to lead initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes, working across functions and influencing key decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Lead Product Direction

  • Define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable product plans
  • Drive prioritization and execution alongside engineering, UX, and stakeholder teams
  • Use insights from customer behavior, partner feedback, and market activity to guide decisions

Influence & Collaborate

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a learning-focused culture
  • Ensure alignment across technical, creative, and commercial teams
  • Advocate for a research- and data-informed approach to all roadmap decisions

What You Bring

Required

  • 4+ years of experience owning product initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver consistent outcomes
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Familiarity with iterative development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Exposure to large-scale digital platforms in complex operational ecosystems

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, onsite 3-4 times a week for those based near Southeast Michigan.
