Global Software firm seeks a Lead Network Engineer

This is a permanent direct hire W2 opportunity. Hybrid role for candidates within a reasonable distance of office, otherwise Remote.

Experience:

• Engineering, installing, configuring, and supporting WAN connectivity solutions (SDWAN, Ethernet over MPLS, Site-to-Site VPN, etc.)
• Supporting and troubleshooting in large data center environments
• Configuring and supporting enterprise wide DNS, DHCP, IP address management (DDI), BGP and EIGRP routing protocols, and switching technologies (STP, VPC, FabricPath, ACI, VxLAN)
• Configuring and supporting Juniper firewalls, routers, and switches, Arista products, as well as Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco ASA firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Anyconnect, Palo Alto Global Protect, Cisco VPN, Cisco and Aruba Wireless, Bluecat DNS, Men&Mice DNS, F5 Load balancing (GTM and LTM), Palo Alto Prisma, Broadcom/Symantec/Bluecoat Proxies
• Experience with Aruba wireless, Aruba Clear Pass, Nginx, Five9 – Cloud Voice platform
• Software-Defined Network (SDN) deployment and support knowledge (Cumulus Linux preferred)
• Cisco SIP installation / Support Experience
• Fault and Performance: Zabbix, Nagios, Solarwinds, CA Suite Spectrum, CAPM (CA Performance Manager), netflow to ELK
• Packet Analysis: Netscout, Wireshark, Arkime, and Moloch
• Logging: ELK and Splunk
• Configuration and Automation: HPNA/Microfocus Network Automation, Cisco Prime

Preferred:

• Network automation scripting including Python, Ansible, etc.
• Cisco certification
• f5 certification
